Ingredients:
- 1 Recipe Dairy-Free Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 12.3-ounce box firm silken tofu, drained
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 12-ounce bag vegan chocolate chips, melted
Preparation:
1. Prepare the graham cracker crust and bake according to the recipe's instructions. Let crust cool completely.
2. In a blender or food processor, process the tofu and maple syrup until creamy and smooth. Add the melted vegan chocolate and process until smooth, blending in several turns and scraping down the sides. Pour into the prepare crust and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set. Serve cold.
