Passover recipes already have many restrictions, such as no barley, oats, rye, spelt, wheat, rice, corn, peanuts or beans, and some traditions, though certainly not all, omit dairy products as well. Below are some of my favorite dairy-free recipe ideas that are suitable for Passover and will be welcome additions to your Passover feast. For more Dairy-Free Passover ideas, check out my Passover Recipes.
Chocolate Caramel Candies
These Chocolate Carmel Candies require no heating, cooking or baking of any kind, which makes them easy to prepare and easy to prepare in advance. Some Passover traditions restrict the use of sesame seeds, so for these traditions, simply replace the tahini with unsalted cashew butter.
Poached Salmon in Ginger Sauce
While this is not exactly traditional Passover fare, this Poached Salmon in Ginger Sauce is so satisfying and elegant. For Passover traditions that restrict soy products, simply omit the soy sauce and add more salt to taste.

These Raspberry Mousse Parfaits are incredibly simple to make, not to mention healthy and so delicious! For Passover traditions that restrict the use of soy products, check to make sure that the dairy-free chocolate you choose is soy-free, as many dairy-free chocolates contain soy lecithin.
Raw Carrot Cake
This Raw Carrot Cake is one of my all-time favorite healthy sweet-treats for Passover or anytime of year. Prepared with all raw ingredients, this cake is easy to make in advance to ease your meal preparations.
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Zucchini Pasta
While this no-cook Zucchini Pasta is anything but traditional, it is a delicious dish that follows the dietary restrictions of Passover that can be served either as a first course or salad, or as a light entree so you can save room for the kugel!
