Veggie burgers don't have to be boring, and they don't have to come from a box, either! Tempeh is a great way to add a new flavorful, healthy protein into your diet without sacrificing on taste, and it makes some of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. This recipe uses vital wheat gluten as a binder, which also adds more protein to the burgers.
