Pies and cobblers are some of most inviting, comforting desserts, but most traditional recipes rely so heavily on butter and dairy ingredients that even persons with mild intolerances and allergies need to steer clear. This collection is definitely one of my favorites; dairy-free pies and cobblers are always so homey and fun to make (and fun to eat!), and most people would never guess that they contain no dairy, and in many cases no eggs.
