Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain, unsweetened dairy-free soy yogurt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, plus more for dusting
- 1/4 cup honey
- dairy-free creme fraiche, for garnishing (optional, see recipe below)
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, combine the soy yogurt, cocoa powder and honey, stirring until well combined. Portion into two small dessert dishes and serve, dusting with cocoa powder and garnishing with a tablespoon of creme fraiche (see below) if desired.
Easy & Quick Creme Fraiche: combine two tablespoons dairy-free sour cream with 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, mixing to combine. Use to garnish soups or desserts for a tiny and tasty finishing touch.
