Yield: About 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 unsliced bagels (select savory bagels, such as plain, whole wheat, sesame or everything varieties)
- 2 T. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
2. Slice the bagels into chips about 1/4" thick in any shape you desire. Spread the bagel pieces on an ungreased baking sheet in an even layer. Lightly brush the pieces with the olive oil and lightly salt and pepper. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, flipping half-way through, or until crisp and golden brown.
