This is definitely one of my favorite smoothie recipes, bursting will color, health and flavor. I like to use fresh, homemade carrot juice, but if a juicer is not available, most stores carry carrot juice in the refrigerated goods section.
Serves 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed slightly
- ½ cup chopped mango
- 1 ½ cups carrot juice
- 1 cup plain unsweetened soy yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 T. lemon juice
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to chill before serving.
