While I prefer to use agave nectar for this recipe, for non-vegans, honey works well and even maple syrup can add a tasty touch to this versatile sauce.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 1/3 cups plain unsweetened dairy-free soy yogurt
- 5 T mustard
- 1/4 cup agave nectar, honey or maple syrup
- Salt, to taste
Preparation:
1. Mix all of the ingredients until well blended. Serve warm or cold over vegetables or pasta.
