Makes about 1 1/2 cups
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 15-ounce cans of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup and 1 T. tahini
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2/3 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 t. salt, plus more to taste
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add more salt to taste and serve cold or at room temperature.
