  1. Q. I'm looking to make a favorite recipe, but I want replace the dairy ingredients with a dairy-free alternative. What can I do?
    A. If you haven't already, check out my page on Dairy-Free Substitutions for advice on replacing dairy products such as butter, cream, milk and more in cooking and baking recipes. Additionally, you can click through my site to see if I already have a recipe for something you're looking for!
  2. Q. I don't know what something is!
    A. Look in my Dairy-Free Glossary for definitions of many ingredients and terms relating to the dairy-free diet, dairy-free cooking, and cooking in general. If you still have questions, try posting a question on the Forum to get in contact with as many members as possible, and either I or another member will get back to you!
  3. Q. I'm new to the dairy-free diet. What do I need to get started?
