The holidays are a wonderful time for baking; nothing fills a home with more festive cheer than the smell of winter scents rising in the oven. This Dairy-Free Christmas Stollen Recipe is a great treat to make to get into the Christmas spirit, and it makes a terrific gift. Studded with rum-soaked raisins, candied ginger, and apricots, this yeast bread is full of holiday celebration, and while most stollen recipes call for butter and milk, this one's dairy-free so that everyone can partake!
