If you've been so focused on the pumpkin pie for this week's Thanksgiving that you haven't thought yet about the whipped cream, then you'll love this: Dairy-Free Whipped Cream. It's really easy and inexpensive to make, with just two ingredients and one real step. Just make sure your coconut milk and mixing bowl are cold, then drain the liquid from the coconut milk, whip it with some confectioners' sugar and POOF: dairy-free whipped cream.
