
June 16th is National Fudge Day, and although I've never seen anyone boasting a Fudge Day celebration and therefore have no clue as to the specifics of Fudge Day traditions, I'm guessing that you just need to make and eat a lot of fudge. So, although I'm a day late, I thought I'd share a few dairy-free fudge favorites, in case you're moved to celebrate (and why shouldn't you be?).
This Dairy-Free Chocolate Fudge Recipe is my go-to fudge recipe; it's so easy to make, so sweet and so rich. The fudge takes about 10 minutes to make and at least 2 hours to chill, so you can make it the night or morning before a get-together or just a few hours before dinner. (And, did I mention it's really good?) Here are two more of my favorite dairy-free fudge recipes:
