When sweet fruits like berries are in season, there are few desserts as decadent and appropriate as homemade pies and cobblers. While I love making pies with dairy-free pie dough, cobblers are another wonderful way to use the fresh fruits of spring, and they are easier to make than pies as they don't require any chilling time and they can be a little messy without compromising presentation. This chocolate raspberry cobbler recipe is truly a celebration of two of my favorite foods, and it is so easy to make, taking under an hour from start to finish, which makes it perfect for a seasonal weekend treat!
